What if I have difficulty with my registration?

If you have difficulty with the registration form, please contact events@tenna.com.

Can I transfer my registration to someone else?

Yes, we can transfer your registration to another attendee from your organization. Please contact events@tenna.com to make any changes.

What is your refund policy?

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to events@tenna.com.

Cancellations received on or before July 20, 2026 are eligible for a full refund, less applicable credit card processing fees.
Cancellations received between July 21 and September 21, 2026 are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations received after September 21, 2026 are non-refundable. However, registrations may be transferred to another attendee and must be completed by October 9, 2026.

Do you offer group pricing?

Yes! We offer a group package for teams of three. Purchase a 3-pack for $2,700 total, which reflects a 25% savings compared to individual registrations. All three registrations must be purchased at the same time and must be used by attendees in the same organization.

How far is the hotel from the airport?

The San Antonio International Airport (SAT) is 8.2 miles from the hotel. The fastest way to get to the hotel is by taxi which takes about 11-13 minutes and costs approximately $30-$40.

Can you accommodate special dietary needs?

Yes. Please include any dietary restrictions or allergies in the registration form. While we will make every effort to accommodate all requests, we recommend noting severe allergies in advance so we can plan accordingly.

Can you accommodate people with disabilities?

The Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk provides accessible facilities, including wheelchair-accessible entrances and public spaces, and features an elevator directly outside the hotel for accessing the River Walk. For specific guest room requirements, it is recommended to contact the hotel directly.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is casual. We encourage you to dress comfortably for a full day of activities and sessions. Layers are always recommended, as temperatures can vary throughout the day.
