General Sessions
What do other customers have to say about Tenna?
Our Customer Panel will share what they have done to get the most out of Tenna and how it's impacted their businesses.
How evolving markets are highlighting old problems and creating new challenges within the construction workforce.
Over 40% of the construction workforce will retire by 2031, and most companies aren't ready. The companies that win the next decade will be those who retain their workers while keeping up with rapid market changes. Recruiting new workers matters, but it's only half the job - keeping your current workforce is just as critical. The construction industry is about to undergo its biggest transformation yet, driven by workforce shortages and unprecedented market pressure. This is a wakeup call for the industry.
What's new at Tenna? What's next?
This session will cover Tenna's most recent enhancements and new features as well as insight to the roadmap ahead of us.
You can't be on every job site every day. But what if you could see what's happening on all of them, right now, from wherever you are?
Virtual Superintendent (VS) is a business intelligence solution that pulls together your machines, materials, and manpower data into one place, so you always know where a project actually stands. Instead of just learning about VS, you'll see it in action through three real customer demos used on actual projects every day. After each demo, customers will share their stories: why they brought in VS, what it changed for their team, and the impact on their bottom line. By the end, you'll understand exactly what VS looks like in action and hear directly from users getting real value.

Stop Guesstimating. Start Knowing. Make Every Job More Profitable.
Spreadsheets and manual reconciliation have no place in modern construction operations. Asset Financials replaces guesswork with live machine data, delivering automated equipment job costing powered by telematics, OEM integrations, and your business logic. Learn how to configure this solution to automatically capture equipment activity, assign costs to jobs via geofencing, and apply your organization's rate rules. This provides real-time visibility of equipment costs across your field, shop, project, and finance teams.
Who Should Attend
This session is designed for the people on both sides of the equipment cost equation - those who manage assets in the field and those who account for them in the back office:

See What You're Actually Missing.
Internal fleet reports can look acceptable, but without external benchmarking, you can't tell if your fleet is truly competitive or quietly losing margins to hidden downtime, reactive maintenance, and poor replacement timing. Best-in-class contractors use standardized external benchmarking with KPIs from the CFMA/AEMP Heavy Equipment Comparator to see the complete performance story. In this session, we'll explore how equipment management technology turns raw data into actionable insights and compare real-world scenarios showing the difference between fleets relying solely on internal benchmarks versus those leveraging external comparisons. Data-driven organizations achieve predictable maintenance spending, improved uptime, and more confident capital planning. You'll also see what predictive maintenance looks like when your shop shifts from reactive to proactive.
